Genustech products were showcased at the the launch of the new Canon EOS C300 at Paramount Studios in Hollywood. Robert from Grnus was there and here is a selection of images taken at  the C300 event.

From Robert "On a wet and chilly day, I attended at Paramount studio to see the launch of Canon’s EOS C300 and
C300PL, a Cinema EOS camera catered towards the professional filmmakers.

Attended by the likes of Ron Howard and Martin Scorcese, the launch took place at Studio 1 & 2 of the historical Paramount Studio in center of it all, Hollywood, California.

The unveiling of Canon’s EOS C300 marks the historical entry to Hollywood by the camera giant.  In support their new Camera and dedication to the industry, they opened the Canon Hollywood Professional Technology and Support Center at Sunset Gower Studios in Hollywood. Canon delivered a light weight, full function Camera with a new CMOS designed specifically for video shooting.

A Genus accessorized C300 was proudly displayed with a Genus Shoulder Mount, Bravo Deluxe Follow Focus, Elite Matte Box and Cheese Plate all sitting pretty mounted on a Genus Uni Plate with industry standard 15mm rod system. The hot plate was removed and the Camera was directly mounted onto the Uni Plate.  The Genus accessories go far to compliment the Camera and provide mobility and adaptability to the Camera.

Genus was proud to be there in support of Canon and the Movie Industry."
