Canon  announced their much anticipated super 35mm sized sensor camera, the EOS C300 today in Hollywood. A crowd of Hollywood elite including Martin Scorsese where in attendance for this exciting camera launch at Paramount Studios.  Here are some photos of Genus kit with  the Canon C300

The new digital cinema camera comes in 2 models, the EOS C300 and the EOS C300 PL The  cameras are identical to each other , with the  exception of the lens mount. The C300 has an EF mount supporting Canon’s own range  of still photography lenses, while the C300 PL supports the film industry standard Arri “Positive Lock”  Canon also have  own PL-mount cinema prime and zoom lenses, which were shown today
