How do I return an item?

Please contact Customer Support Team (go to Contact Us) for RA on returning an item. Return authorizations will only be granted within 14 days of receipt of order.
All returned items must be in new condition, in the original packaging and must not have any installation marks or signs of use.
  • Please include a copy of the original sales receipt and a letter briefly explaining reason for return.
  • Customers responsibility to pay for ship the products back.
  • Items must be returned to our location within a week.
  • It may take up to 5 business days to process your return.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • All and any PayPal fees will be deducted from refund
Restocking fees: Standard restocking fees are
  • 10% new and in original packaging.
  • 15% for missing part, damaged, used and not in original packaging.
